The Mayor of the Municipality of Pristina, Përparim Rama, has announced that in the framework of the preparations for the Prishtina 2030 Mediterranean Games, he has held a series of meetings and visits in London, at the invitation of the British ambassador Jonathan Hargreaves.
He emphasized that together with the Minister of Sports and the chairman of the Olympic Committee, they visited key areas of the sports infrastructure in the British capital, taking concrete development models for the successful organization of the games in Pristina.
Rama appreciated that the experience of the London 2012 Summer Olympic Games remains a powerful testimony of how a clear vision and good planning can transform a city and create sustainable spaces for the community.
