Pavel is best in the field of public speaking. On the school scale, he earned an average rating of 2.4 from people. The public evaluates the president’s representation and defense of Czech interests abroad with an average grade of 2.7. He earned a tenth worse average, specifically 2.8, for using his presidential powers.

People rate Pavlo’s interest in citizens’ problems with a grade of 3, and his support of economic diplomacy with an average of 3.2. The president has an average rating of 3.3 for the unification of Czech society, as well as for the resolution of disputes on the domestic political scene.

“Since the last measurement in October 2025, Petr Pavel has offended mainly government voters, which may be the result of the ongoing dispute between some government representatives and the president. Since the last survey, we have also added evaluation parameters related to the development of economic diplomacy and the unification of Czech society,” said STEM/MARK analyst Jan Burianec about the survey results and their interpretation.

What grade on the school scale would you rate President Petr Pavle?

A total of 68,246 readers voted.

Václav Havel stands the best when compared to the post-apocalyptic presidents. In second place is Václav Klaus, who is perceived as the least polarizing. He is closely followed by Petr Pavel, followed by Miloš Zeman, who has improved in the eyes of the public since the last survey.

“People without a high school diploma like Miloš Zeman above average, while Václav Havel dominates even more among people with a high school diploma or university education,” the agency reminded. She also mentioned that, unlike Václav Klaus, Petr Pavel and Miloš Zeman are very polarizing.

“A closer look revealed that, for example, those who consider Peter Pavle the best president are recruited from supporters of STAN, Pirates, ODS or the new Our Česko movement. From the point of view of the presidency, they consider him very important, these respondents would more often strengthen the presidential powers and more intensively demand a pro-Western orientation and honesty from the president,” added Burianec.

The survey took place from April 13 to May 4, and 1,011 respondents took part in it.
