Hamas has already announced that in exchange for the names of the next four released hostages, it expects a list of prisoners that Israel will release. According to Israel, seven female hostages remain in Gaza, including Arbel Jehudová, who should be on the list as one of the last two detained civilians. However, Yehuda is believed to be being held captive by another terrorist group in Gaza, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, leading to fears that Hamas could delay her release.

The remaining five female hostages are members of the army. According to the agreement, Israel will release 50 Palestinian prisoners for each of them, including 30 convicted terrorists who were serving life sentences.
