The perpetrator beat the then twenty-three-year-old girl with an iron rod for two days in May 2023 and raped her in the workshop of the house in Český Dub in Liberecka, she was tied to a chain. When he let her go, she went to Prague to report everything to the police, because the man claimed to be a policeman himself. But she failed at the police. The trio of members of the called out group did not believe her announcement. According to the indictment, after a three-hour interrogation, they convinced her to sign a protocol that nothing had happened to her. The girl said that the police officers in Prague threatened to arrest her if she did not change her mind.
The plea agreement in the case was signed by police officer Lukáš Řízek. He confessed, escaped with a fine of 20,000 crowns and remained with the police. Jana Michálková and her subordinate Jan Dalešický stand before the Prague court. According to him, the girl was distracted, the test for psychotropic substances was positive for her. He denied that the police officers pressured the girl in any way. He and Michálková also deny that the raped girl told them that she had a bag with evidence or that she was injured.

The girl’s testimony was finally confirmed by the Liberec police officers when they were investigating another attack by the perpetrator, who a few weeks later similarly held a fourteen-year-old girl captive and raped her. She managed to escape. Last January, the regional court in Liberec sentenced 44-year-old Vojtěch Rydval to 10.5 years in prison for these acts. He was convicted of rape, deprivation of personal liberty and illegal weaponry, the court also ordered him to undergo protective sexological treatment in a constitutional form. The court sentenced a woman who offered girls for sex to him and other men to 8.5 years in prison for human trafficking and the production of child pornography.
