The Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) has sent to the Constitutional Court the request for contesting the formation of the “Kurti 4” Government.
The request was submitted by the chairman of the PDK Parliamentary Group, Arian Tahiri, and deputy Përparim Gruda.
Tahiri has stated that the PDK will contest in the Constitutional Court every decision made by the Assembly and the Government, since, according to him, the current Assembly does not enjoy legitimacy.
He also opposed the process of constitution of the Assembly and the formation of new institutions, demanding that the decisions taken during this process be subject to constitutional review.
