The Kosovo Presidency has reacted strongly after the statement of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, who said the day before that “everyone is preparing for war” and that Kosovo is “trying to use this time before the war”, to convince most European states and NATO countries to support Pristina.

But Osmani has said that the Serbian president’s approach is not unknown.
“In the 90s, Slobodan Milosevic (former Yugoslav leader) chose the genocidal war as his latest ruling instrument. He committed inhumane violence in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and then in Kosovo-all documented to see the world.
