The Acting Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, met with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer, within the framework of the Berlin Process Summit that took place in London.

At the center of the conversation were issues of security, economic growth and migration. Kurti emphasized the importance of Great Britain’s role in strengthening regional cooperation, security and peace in the Balkans.

The two leaders discussed deepening cooperation and support in areas of common interest such as energy, defense, infrastructure and education.

“Prime Minister Kurti singled out cooperation in the field of defense, while our country is continuing investments in this direction. He thanked the United Kingdom for the news that the British Armed Forces will continue supporting the NATO peacekeeping mission in Kosovo, KFOR, for at least another three years. Discussions focused on the main themes of the Summit, including security, economic growth, migration, regional issues and the European integration process.
