The Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) after an extended meeting with the heads of branches, has issued a clear warning to the government, describing the recent political movements as a direct threat to the legal order of the Republic.
The chairman of the PDK, Bedri Hamza, has been direct in his message to the structures and public opinion. According to him, the party will not remain a spectator in the face of processes that contradict the highest legal act of the country.
“If this unconstitutional election proceeds tonight, there will be an organized political, institutional and civic reaction,” Hamza stated emphatically during the meeting.
Although the concrete steps have not been specified, the PDK leader hinted that the opposition is preparing for a multifaceted resistance, which may include both parliamentary and civil protest tools.
