The fall of the popular singer Helena Zeťová from the window on the first floor of the family house occurred on Friday morning, after four o’clock in the afternoon the house was surrounded by the police and the surrounding area was closed off with police tape. Under the window from which the singer fell, there were barriers erected by the firemen.
“I have no words. I don’t know what to say about that. I don’t even want to. Look, Helena is still lying there, it’s not proper to talk about it,” commented an older man from the neighborhood. People refuse to talk about the possible causes of the tragedy. Those who do say something cannot explain their misfortune.
“Helena was a sunshine full of life. I completely rule out that it was a suicide, she was an eternally smiling girl. Maybe she was washing the windows before the holidays,” said a forty-year-old man who, according to his words, had known Helena since childhood. She spent that time in Prostřední Bečva. After experiencing success with the band Black Milk and subsequently gaining great popularity on the solo track, she moved to Greece for some time.
“For the last ten years, she lived again in Prostřední Bečva with her own father and two dogs,” added Helen’s acquaintance.
The police have not yet disclosed anything concrete about the singer’s death. “The investigation is at the very beginning,” said Petr Jaroš, Vsetin police spokesman.
