Minister of CULTURE and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy announced that the ‘Çanakkale Wars Mobile Museum’ truck, which met with 42 thousand 590 compatriots in 6 countries in the Balkans, has hosted approximately 1 million visitors to date.
Minister Ersoy, in his statement on his NSosyal account, said, “We are telling the world the heroic epic of our nation that changed the course of history. Setting out from the Azerbaijan Martyrs Monument rising in Çanakkale, which has been engraved in history as ‘Impassable’, our Mobile Museum traced our common history and eternal brotherhood from Ganja to Baku. The spirit of Çanakkale is in our Mobile Museum, which has traveled all over our country three times since 2020.” We keep the original alive. “The Gallipoli Wars Mobile Museum Truck, prepared with objects, digital displays and interactive narratives, carries the great epic beyond our borders,” he said.
Emphasizing that the Mobile Museum has now reached Azerbaijan after the Balkan countries and that it has created the same feeling in the common hearts of the two brother countries, Minister Ersoy said, “We have hosted approximately 1 million visitors so far in our museum, which meets 42 thousand 590 of our compatriots in 6 countries in the Balkans. Carrying the heroic legacy of our ancestors to the future is more than a duty for us, it is a matter of heart.”
