Dua Lipa and Rita Ora have reacted on social networks after the announcement of the judgment against Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selim in The Hague, which sentenced them to 81 years in prison in total.
The world-famous singer, Dua Lipa, has published two posts on Instagram, where one of the posts shows the message “Freedom has a name”, accompanied by the emblem of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
In the next post, figures related to the consequences of the war in Kosovo are listed, which mentions 1 million refugees, 11 thousand killed, 1,024 children killed, 20 thousand people raped and 1,600 people who are still missing from the Serbian forces.
Even the singer Rita Ora has published a photo showing the emblem of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
“Fighting for Kosovo, which today we call home”, is written in the description of the photo published by the singer.
The reactions of the two singers come on a day when the judgment against the four former leaders of the KLA has brought many reactions in Kosovo and among Albanian public figures, calling it an unfair decision.
