Crisis for the formation of the Government in Kosovo, analysts clash over the role of Albin Kurti and the “ignorance” of the opposition

VV bypass argument

Analyst Lirim Krasniqi argued that any attempt to resolve the political crisis will fail if the Self -Determination Movement (VV) is overlooked. He said such actions go to the detriment of the opposition.

“There is no moving forward by bypassing Vetevendosje … any kind of idea that the VV aims to bypass goes to the opposition and does not resolve the crisis,” Krasniqi said.

He added that the opposition could resolve the crisis for the government, but there is no control over Albin Kurti to resolve the president’s crisis, perhaps predicting early elections.

Zeka counterpart: Kurti ignores the opposition and the US

In fact, analyst Milaim Zeka blamed VV leader Albin Kurti for deepening the crisis.

“No party is bypassing VV, but it is VV and Albin Kurti who are ignoring the opposition,” Zeka declared.

Zeka went further, arguing that the local elections punished Kurti, as his policy made the Serbs unite and win 9 municipalities in the first round.

Zeka’s most serious allegations were linked to international relations, where he accused Kurti of incorporating the country into risk of sanctions, damaging relations with the main allies.

“Not affected with EU and US relations and they do not put the country in sanctions like Russia and Belarus, as Albin Kurti has done. Only thinking against the US, EU and Britain are anti -Albanian,” said Zeka.

Zeka warned that Kosovo may not have a government by March, suggesting that the President’s non-election will continue to maintain the country in political chaos. He added that the opposition may have received an “ultimatum” from the US Embassy not to make government with Albin Kurti.
