Canapés it doesn’t have to be just in the form of pieces of a roll with spread. Although they are of course great, not everyone can eat them or still feel like eating them after the Christmas parties. Try it lightly this year, and forget about stomach pain from overeating.
Procedure

Egg trees: Rinse the spinach and blanch it in water for a few seconds – just put it in a colander and pour hot water over it. Then cool the spinach, squeeze the water out of it and transfer it to a blender. Cut the boiled eggs lengthwise and yolks add to the spinach. Add spread butter, classic butter, crushed garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the mixture in a blender until smooth and transfer it to a pastry bag. With the help of a star tip, create little trees in the egg white halves, which you sprinkle parmesan cheese and decorate with a red pepper star.

Shrimp canapés: Wash the cucumber, dry it and cut it with the peel into 10 approximately centimeter rings. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shrimp in it, season with salt and pepper. Always put a teaspoon of guacamole on the cucumbers (you can easily prepare it according to our recipe or buy ready-made), one shrimp, a piece of lemon and a small sprig of dill.

Pear canapés: Wash the pears and cut each into 8 thin rounds, from which cut out the core (try to make the smallest hole possible). Beat the goat cheese with honey and a pinch of salt, you can also add a little chili. Transfer the resulting cream to a decorating bag with a smooth tip and spray it on a pear slice, cover the filling with another pear slice and apply the cream again. Decorate the canapés with grains of pomegranate and chopped chives.
