The cloud differs from its more common sister shelf cloud mainly in that the cylinder is completely disconnected from the base of the original already weakening storm and then travels across the country alone without bringing precipitation. During its passage, the wind often increases and the temperature drops sharply, in this case it cooled by seven degrees within ten minutes.

Meteorologists have issued a warning against storms – it mainly applies to the eastern half of the republic, but also partially applies to the north of Bohemia. Expires Tuesday morning.
After storms, it should cool significantly. On Tuesday, the highest temperatures should only be between 7 and 12 degrees, in Moravia they can climb up to 14 degrees.
