Kurti wishes the citizens for Fitr Bajram: Let’s remember that children are a sacred trust

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has congratulated Muslim believers on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, emphasizing the importance of thanksgiving, solidarity and improvement as individuals and as a society.

Kurti in a post on Facebook writes that on this Eid day, mercy descends and hearts are cleansed, let’s remember that children are a sacred trust.

In his message, Kurti said that this day of celebration should find us more thankful for the good things we have, more in solidarity with those who have less and more committed to common improvement.

He singled out the care of children, describing them as a sacred trust. “True care comes not from healing, but from protection—in the food we give them, the bodies we protect, and the knowledge that enlightens their minds and souls.,” Kurti said, adding that we should not wait for the test to show kindness, respect and commitment to them.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti’s message

“Good morning and happy Eid al-Fitr to everyone!

I hope your fasting and prayers are accepted! In the midst of the blessings we enjoy today, surrounded by our loved ones, may this day of celebration for the Muslim faithful, and every other day of the year, find us even more thankful for the good things we have, more in solidarity with the needs of those who have less and more attentive to improvement as individuals and as a society.

On this Eid day, when mercy descends and hearts are purified, let us remember that children are a sacred trust.

True care arises not from healing, but from protection. In the food we give them, in the body we protect them and in the knowledge that enlightens their mind and soul. Let’s not wait for the test to show kindness, respect and commitment to children”, writes Kurti.
