A tragic accident was registered in Vienna, where several people lost their lives in a construction site, including two citizens of Kosovo.
The Embassy of Kosovo in Austria has informed that the event took place in the Alsergrund district, during the development of construction works, when a part of the construction collapsed, trapping workers present at the workplace under the rubble.
According to RTK, the Austrian authorities have confirmed that among the victims are Pajtim Bajrami (1990) and Asllan Musliu (1977), both citizens of Kosovo.
The Embassy of Kosovo in Austria expressed its deep sorrow for this tragedy and conveyed its condolences to the families of the victims. Also, it is known that the embassy is in constant contact with the Austrian authorities and is committed to providing support to the families of the deceased.
The Austrian authorities are continuing the investigation for the complete clarification of the circumstances of the accident.
