Trump told me about the great times with Epstein, Clinton testified

The former president spoke about the conversation with Trump when he testified last week before the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform of the US House of Representatives, reports Reuters. “Somehow Trump found out that I flew on Jeffrey Epstein’s plane. He said, ‘You know, we’ve had great times together over the years, but we fell out over the real estate business,'” Clinton testified before the committee.

Clinton and Trump dated Epstein before he pleaded guilty in 2008 to procuring a minor for prostitution. Both also repeatedly stated that they had not personally seen any evidence of his sex trafficking. In 2019, Epstein was arrested a second time and died in custody in September of that year. Officially, his death was declared a suicide, but there are still considerable doubts about this version of events.

Attention is attached to Epstein’s case mainly because the financier liked to host celebrities and leading personalities from the business and financial spheres. Because of this, there is a suspicion that they may have participated in his crimes. The Trump administration has already released millions of documents gathered during the Epstein investigation. Among them were photos of Clinton with women whose faces were blurred.

In his testimony, the ex-president stated that he was introduced to Epstein by former finance minister Larry Summers, who described the financier to him as a donor willing to finance his flights around the world in order to establish a charitable foundation to fight AIDS. Clinton then flew to Asia, Africa and Europe with Epstein’s private plane before moving on to work with other donors in 2003. “Mr. Epstein struck me as an interesting man, but it seemed to me that he was not very interested in what I was doing,” testified Clinton.

He further denied that he had ever had sexual intercourse with anyone introduced to him by Epstein or his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, but admitted that he was once massaged on the neck by a flight attendant who was later identified as one of the financier’s victims. “It didn’t seem unusual to me. I can’t tell you how many airplanes I’ve been on where rich people invited me and someone offered me a massage. All those ships and stuff, everyone does it. And I don’t usually do it,” said the former US president.

Clinton also denied ever visiting Epstein’s island in the Caribbean. He said he did not know that the financier visited the White House seventeen times between 1993 and 2001, when Clinton was president.

Jeffrey Epstein he was an American financier who built up an extensive network of contacts among the elites and at the same time abused minor girls for a long time; according to the FBI, he harmed more than a thousand victims and died in custody under suspicious circumstances after his arrest in 2019.

Epstein files (Epstein files) are the collective name for the millions of pages of investigative and court documents on the Epstein case, the gradual and incomplete disclosure of which raises doubts about transparency and whether the responsibility of all those involved has been inferred. A number of influential persons are named in the files, the name of Donald Trump is often inflected. You can find out everything about the Epstein case below:
