The Chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party and the Political Leader of the SP for the Diaspora, Taulant Balla, hosted representatives of the veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army in the Parliament of Albania.
During the meeting, the representatives of the “All for the Fighter” initiative presented a certificate of gratitude to the Assembly of Albania for the institutional support and commitment in defense of the innocence of the KLA leaders.
“The Parliament of Albania has never been more beautiful as it welcomes former members of the Kosovo Liberation Army”, said Balla, emphasizing the importance of institutional and national solidarity in this process.
The Assembly of Albania adopted a resolution in support of the innocence of the former KLA commanders, with the request to the Specialized Chambers in The Hague and international institutions to guarantee a fair and impartial process, respecting the dignity of the liberation war.
