With the expected sudden drops and the effect of heavy rain on Saturday, temperatures will drop to 23-24 degrees in Istanbul and 20 degrees in Ankara. While the northern and central parts of the country are cooling down, the Eastern Mediterranean and Southeastern Anatolia regions continue to be under the influence of scorching heat.
