The Prishtina 2030 Mediterranean Games will host a diverse range of 24 sports disciplines, with the possibility of this number expanding even further. Of these, 21 belong to the prestigious category of Olympic disciplines, while 3 are non-Olympic disciplines.
These disciplines encompass a wide range of talents, from individual skill to collective excellence, representing the multidimensional nature of athletics.
From the list of 24 sports that will be part of the Prishtina 2030 Mediterranean Games, Kosovo is proud to have consolidated national federations for 21 of these disciplines, all internationally recognized by the relevant governing bodies.
Focusing on the remaining three sports, double fin swimming, canoeing/rowing, and boels, Kosovo has expressed readiness to face this challenge with determination. While national federations are currently missing for these sports, Kosovo has expressed readiness to create new chapters in sports history. In the book of commitments, Kosovo has pledged to create with dedication national federations for swimming with double fins, rowing and bowls, ensuring that these disciplines are smoothly integrated into the sports landscape and developed with the same passion and rigor as the popular ones.
