The incident happened on Monday before 22:00 in Radčice, which is a part of Pilsen. The police stopped the fifty-year-old driver of the Škoda Octavia and asked him to take a breathalyzer test. Their spokeswoman Dagmar Brožová stated that the professional measurement with an electronic device showed a positive result of 2.22 per thousand. “The man subsequently went for a medical examination connected with blood sampling,” she added.
The patrol stopped the person in question’s driver’s license on the spot and forbade him to continue driving. “We discovered that the vehicle was damaged from a previous traffic accident, and colleagues found parts of it in the adjacent streets,” said Brožová.
