The devil won. Dismay reigned in the camp of Orbán’s supporters

“I don’t understand at all what happened. The opposition managed to deceive three million people, it’s unbelievable. They hid what their real plan is. They will carry out everything they are ordered from Brussels, and Hungary will only pay for it,” said one of Orbán’s voters.

“I’m giving the new government half a year, and under the leadership of Péter Magyar, Hungary will face such problems that the government will fall by itself,” another disappointed voter told telex.hu.

A middle-aged woman did not understand what people did not like about the past sixteen years of Orbán’s rule. “Luxury houses are being built everywhere, people are going on luxury vacations, and they are dissatisfied?” she asked herself the question without taking into account the poor economic results of Orbán’s governments, the poor state of healthcare, education and poverty, especially in the northeastern part of the country.

“I don’t understand at all where the mistake happened. Let a worm like Péter Magyar not rule this country. This buffoon is not fit to rule the country,” another woman left crying.

He grew up thanks to Fidesz

“He grew up thanks to Fidesz, humiliated his wife (Magyar’s wife was the former Minister of Justice Judit Vargová, note. editorial office) and his children, and such a person will lead our country?’ she asked herself a question. She drew attention to the fact that Magyar was a member of Fidesz for about twenty years, worked as a diplomat and held positions in the supervisory boards of state enterprises. He and Vargová were married for seventeen years, they divorced in 2023.

Others described the victory of the Tisza party as mass hysteria. “The devil won. They will wake up from this dream when the supply of cheap Russian oil and gas stops. Then those idiots who voted for Tisza will be surprised,” another man stated. The woman joined him and said that these elections showed that there are a lot of stupid people in Hungary. “I have a twenty-three-year-old son and I’m afraid that he will end up on the battlefield in Ukraine,” she added.
