The accident happened on road II433 at the cadastre of the village of Vřesovice. The driver was driving from Němčice nad Hanou to Výšovice.
“According to the information found, the driver did not adjust his driving to the condition of the road, on which the driven snow lay, he skidded with the car and crashed into a tree,” police spokeswoman Ivana Skoupilová informed Fairpress.
The driver’s passenger was injured and was transported to the hospital. “Due to the initial information about the accident, a helicopter flew to the scene. In the end, it was not necessary to use it. The woman was transported by land to the hospital in Prostějov with minor injuries,” said the spokesman for medical rescuers, Břetislav Bolard, to Novinkám.
