A Kosovo Border Police operation took place today at noon in Leposavic, where a premises suspected of trading articles with prohibited content were raided.
The control, undertaken by the Rapid Intervention Unit, brought about the seizure of materials that may constitute legal violations, including electrical equipment, T -shirts and products with sensitive inscriptions.
The Deputy Director of the Kosovo Police for the North, Veton Elshani, stated that drinks, T -shirts, electrons, materials with logo and sensitive inscriptions were found, which are suspected to be legal violations.
“The regional investigation unit, with the assist of the customs, came to the scene, and due to the suspected inscriptions the Special Prosecution was notified,” Elshani said.
He confirmed that there are no arrested persons so far, while the raid is still in development.
“Upon its completion and the necessary interviews, in cooperation with the prosecutor of the case will be decided on further actions,” Elshani added.
