Record holder from Pilsen. The guard from the prison in Bor did not die for twenty years

The forty-two-year-old native of the West Bohemian metropolis observes several basic rules. They relate to prevention, diet and exercise. “When I feel the first symptoms of a cold, I take ginger, onion or garlic. I try to catch it right from the beginning,” said Malinčák.

Swimming, which he used to do competitively, was good preparation for him. “As for the menu, I don’t forget fiber, it is important for the intestines,” he continued. He likes to read books about health. He avoids hard alcohol, occasionally drinks beer.

In April, after twenty years and three months, he ended his employment in the Pilsen prison at Bory. “I didn’t complain even once. My colleagues gave me a medal for enduring it,” he mentioned.

At the same time, he entered the Czech Book of Records, which is registered by the Pelhřímov Agency Dobrý den. “For the mentioned period, he really did not have a single sick leave and did not receive sick leave,” confirmed Miroslav Marek from the agency. He added that it was necessary to document confirmation from the employer and the doctor.

Pilsen appreciates the record. “There are a lot of bad things happening. I thought it was nice to excel at something good,” he summed up.

Although he finished as a security guard, he will not completely distance himself from his former profession. He is preparing for a selection process for a new job position, which should again be related to security.
