“Our message to MP Albin Kurti is clear: Give up the blockade, don’t keep the country in crisis for political interests”. With these calls, the deputies of the PDK and the Alliance, who were joined this Monday by representatives and activists of the municipalities of Istog and Skënderaj, continued the action in front of the Government building.
“This cause is no longer only for the representatives in the Assembly of Kosovo, but also for all the citizens of the country, because where the state is violated, where the Constitution is violated, the greatest interest of the citizens is also violated, because that is where the main responsibilities to solve the country’s problems are taken,” said Mërgim Lushtaku, Deputy of PDK.
“…I invite Albin Kurti once again not to squander the trust of the citizens who have given him 53 deputies, to come to the Assembly, to create the institutions and to continue with the work”, said Albana Bytyçi, deputy of AAK.
“…I use the opportunity on behalf of the Municipality of Skenderaj to call on the majority to reflect and take responsibility for what the citizens have given them, to establish state institutions and move forward”, Fadil Nura, Mayor of the Municipality of Skenderaj.
“I come from Istog and a concern that concerns us all, where we know that the municipalities are on the verge of collapse based on the decisions taken by the municipal budgets and the capital projects that have already been planned are damaged and those projects cannot be realized,” said Ali Nimanaj, Representative of the PDK in Istog.
This is the fourth week that the MPs, who in the previous legislature were in the opposition, gather in front of the government seat and in the Parliament calling on the Vetëvendosje Movement to continue with the creation of institutions and then with the election of the president.
