Kosovo’s President, Vjosa Osmani, met with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte during her stay in Copenhagen where she is attending the summit of European political community leaders.
Osmani said that NATO is a guarantor of stability in the region, while emphasizing Kosovo’s willingness to be a reliable partner for the protection of peace.
“I was pleased to meet NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte at the EPC summit in Denmark.
This meeting was an excellent opportunity to reaffirm our willingness for regular coordination in protecting peace and security in Kosovo and the entire Western Balkans.
I also emphasized NATO’s crucial role in guaranteeing regional stability, as well as Kosovo’s commitment to being a reliable partner in dealing with common challenges ”, writes Osmani.
During her stay in Copenhagen, Osman said earlier that Europe is facing two major risks, Russia and Serbia, therefore, she added, it is needed unity from all EU allies.
