Elezi adds that based on the regulation on registration and voting outside Kosovo, the CEC will ensure that they send them by mail from abroad by post from abroad to vote by post from two ballots. Meanwhile, it is the duty of each of them who packs the ballot to one of the CEC mailboxes that open in different countries of the world and in Kosovo.
