I am following with great pleasure the devoted and successful activities of our elements in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where I was very proud and honored to serve as Deputy Commander between 1994 and 1995. Achieving success in your duty requires high discipline and cooperation. Do not forget that the superior qualities and capabilities of the Turkish soldier are also closely followed by the personnel of the other countries with which you cooperate. Therefore, the duty of representing the respect and reputation of our country and the Turkish Armed Forces in the international arena has been entrusted to you, specifically in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We expect you to continue your work with this awareness and responsibility. The values you possess and the training and courses you receive will enable you to easily fulfill the duty entrusted to you.
