The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Albulena Haxhiu, has started her official visit to North Macedonia, where she was received with a state ceremony by her counterpart, the Speaker of the Assembly, Afrim Gashi.
During his stay in Skopje, Haxhiu is expected to hold meetings with the President of North Macedonia, Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, as well as with Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski.
Meetings with mayors of municipalities with an Albanian majority in North Macedonia are also included in the agenda of the visit.
The program also includes a visit to the Museum of Contemporary Art.
The visit takes place within the framework of official contacts between the representatives of the institutions of Kosovo and those of North Macedonia.
