Learn how to make a ham, ermine and salami sandwich with us, just like a delicatessen! It’s easy and you’ll save money. You can also put only what you like on sandwiches.
Ham sandwiches
For 8 sandwiches you need:
- 8 slices of light age
- potato salad
- 8 slices of ham (preferably oval)
- 1 egg
- pickle
- tomato and parsley
Procedure

Grease the lid slices potato salad. Peel the hard-boiled egg and cut it into eighths, cut a piece of pickle into a fan, cut the tomato into thin wedges. The ham can be folded in two ways, both described in the photos. Put the ham on one side of the sandwich, put the egg, tomato and cucumber on the other and decorate with a piece of parsley.
Ermine sandwiches with nuts and fruit
For 8 sandwiches you need:
- 8 slices of lid
- butter for greasing
- 1 ermine
- lollo biondo salad
- 4 balls of white or dark grape wine
- 1 tangerine
- 8 hazelnuts
Procedure

Spread a thin layer of butter on the slices of the lid and place a piece of lollo biondo salad as wide as the sandwich almost over the entire sandwich. Cut the ermine into thin slices, a cheese knife will come in handy for this, on which the matured cheese will not stick so easily. Depending on your taste, you can use ermine in pepper, paprika or even Vltavín.

Place 2–3 slices of ermine neatly on top of each other on the salad so that there is still a bit of space at the other end of the sandwich. He will come there a ball of grape wine and hazelnut. Wash the tangerine thoroughly and cut the peel into thin wedges. There is one for each sandwich – behind the ermine.
Bread rolls with hard salami
For 8 sandwiches you need:
- 8 slices of light age
- butter for spreading and permitted butter for decoration
- about 20 dkg of hard, round salami with a small diameter, cut into thin slices (for example, silica gel is suitable)
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 1 radish and a piece of parsley
Procedure

Grease the lid slices with butter, put the allowed whipped butter in a piping bag with a decoration. Fold the round of salami as shown in the photos – take the round with both hands with the fingers facing each other, grab the “tip” and bring it together. Each sandwich can fit about 7 slices of salami, but it depends on its size and the size of the sandwich itself. In the middle, make just a small “meringue” with butter from the decoration and place a marigold from an egg, yellow peppers, radishes and parsley.
