The tragic accident occurred on Saturday shortly before 2:00 p.m. “During the traffic accident, a car collided with a motorcycle, in which the driver of the motorcycle suffered injuries, to which she unfortunately succumbed at the scene, despite all the efforts of the rescuers,” said police spokeswoman Dagmar Sochorová.
To determine the cause of death, the police ordered an autopsy. All the circumstances of this tragic traffic accident are now being investigated on the spot by Českolip crime investigators together with traffic police officers.
The police have closed the I/9 road at the scene of the traffic accident and, together with the fire department, they are diverting traffic through the village of Dubou.
