In the show “3 D” with Alban Dudushin, journalist Denada Kola commented on the decision of the Specialized Chambers in The Hague for the former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army and the new initiative of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) to change the law on the Special Court.
Commenting on this development, Kola emphasized that it is a mistake to separate the decision for the leaders of the KLA from the history of the Kosovo Liberation Army itself, since according to her, the activity of the commanders has been inseparable from the path of the KLA.
“It is a mistake to separate the decision on the KLA leaders from the KLA war. In my judgment, in that long submission by Chief Justice Smith, it is just not separate. Indeed, he started his judgment by saying that neither the independence nor the role of the KLA is being judged, but the whole submission shows the opposite of that.”
The journalist added that, referring to the public sessions where she was present, it is noted that the command line of the KLA was part of the way the prosecution questioned the witnesses and was present throughout the judicial process.
