The family house fire was extinguished by eight units in the village of Knínice in the Jihlav region. Firefighters received a call to the emergency line at half past seven in the evening.
“The fire of the family house was detected in its entirety. Before nine o’clock, the fire was located and the units dismantled the structures of the house affected by the fire and extinguished the fire. The house was completely destroyed by the flames. After the location was carried out, the units left the scene before midnight, and the local unit of the volunteer fire department took over the supervision of the fire station,” informed the spokesperson of the fire department, Petra Musilová.
In the early evening of Wednesday, there was also a fire in Třebíč, professional firefighters from Třebíč went to the scene together with units of volunteer fire brigades from Čechtín, Trnava, Přibyslavice and Starče. They managed to put out the fire, the damage in this case is 800 thousand crowns.
