Work preparation procedure

Process the sifted flour, sugar, cocoa and ground spices with butter, eggs and ground nuts into a smooth, non-sticky dough, wrap in foil and leave to rest in the cold until the next day.

Cut the dough into smaller pieces, fill the molds with them (no need to clean them) and then bake in the oven heated to 170 °C for about 12 minutes. Immediately after baking hardworking carefully turn them out and, if you want, cover them in powdered sugar.

03.

Working store in a tin or plastic box lined with a napkin and let it sit for at least two weeks.
