The Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Elisa Spiropali, has started her official visit to Kosovo from Prekazi, at the “Adem Jashari” Memorial Complex.
Together with the first deputy prime minister and at the same time the minister for Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, paid homage at the “Adem Jashari” Memorial Complex, where the sacrifice of a family turned into the foundation of a state.
The two ministers were then received at the Tower of Jasharaj, by Baca Rifat Jashari.
This tower, according to Spiropali, is evidence that freedom had a price and that price was paid with life.
“Here you feel the weight of history, but also the responsibility of the future.
Freedom is not an automatic inheritance. It demands dignity, unity and justice every day.
Prekazi does not ask us for tears. He asks us to be worthy“, Spiropali wrote.
