Kozák was missing this year since September 16, when he refused to perform in the musical and was supposed to travel to Prague. That is why not only the Slovak but also the Czech police were looking for him. He did not contact his family, his mobile phone was switched off and he was not even active on social networks. However, on Thursday he wrote a status on Facebook that he was fine,
“I’m sorry for the worries. I can’t say more about it. I appreciate your cooperation very much. Thank you,” he said. The Žilina police immediately announced that they had called off the search for the actor.
His sister Gabriela (31) admits that Kozák is a bohemian and sometimes does not hear from his family for four days. “However, she is always active on her accounts,” the Nový čas newspaper quotes the sister as saying. Why he did not contact anyone during the week and where he actually was remains a mystery.
Kozák starred in several Slovak series and some time ago also shone in the show Czechoslovakia has talent. Czech viewers may know him from the film In the summer I’ll tell you how I like myself.
At the end of last year, Kozák ended up in one of the Bratislava hospitals after being kicked in the face. According to the actor, the attacker probably thought he was gay. “My friend put on earrings for fun, I was just in a tank top and we just laughed and put on a show. That person probably assumed I was gay and followed me,” Kozák said after last year’s attack.
