“As a result of artillery shelling, the rented office of the Kherson regional organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross was damaged. Windows were broken and window frames were damaged. Shrapnel also damaged three vehicles of the Ukrainian Red Cross, which were parked in the yard,” reads the telegram post.
According to the organization, the attack by the Russian Federation took place on Monday around four o’clock in the morning. According to the report, no one was in the building at the time of the attack, fortunately nothing happened to any Red Cross worker.
The organization assured that the Russian attacks will not affect its activities in Ukraine in any way. “Despite the constant danger and threat of shelling, the Ukrainian Red Cross continues to provide aid to the civilian population of Ukraine,” she concluded.
