Protest in The Hague, Rama: Nothing other than justice, for Kosovo and its liberators

Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted again after a protest held Sunday (September 14) in The Hague, where hundreds of Albanians gathered with the Kosovo Specialist Chambers to seek justice for former Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA).

In a post on social media, the prime minister shared an image showing the photo of former Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, surrounded by KLA flags. Against the backdrop of the placard there is the word “justice”, written in uppercase, as a clear and powerful message to the cause of the protest organizers.

Justice justice, just justice, nothing more than justice and nothing but justice, for Kosovo and its liberators”Rama wrote.

Earlier, at the start of this protest, the prime minister said in another post that he was with the mind and heart with the protesters.

Freedom has a name! With my heart and mind I am there today, commander! Freedom for the liberators, ” Rama wrote, conveying a picture of the gathering of citizens who were turning to the land of the protest.

Albanians from different parts of the world, with the support of the KLA War Veterans Organization, gathered at the Hague Special Court building to express support for former KLA leaders, Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi. With placards in their hands, patriotic songs, military motifs and calls for justice, protesters conveyed numerous messages in The Hague.

The protest took place the day before the appearance of evidence from the protection of former KLAs.
