MP, Albulena Haxhiu announced that the Vetevendosje Movement submitted to the Constitutional Court comments on the constitution of the Assembly, following the complaint of the Serbian List not to elect the vice president of the Serb community.
She said the Serbian List could not block the constitution of the Assembly.
“Our state is unitary and not multiethnic. Parties representing non -majority communities do not have the right of veto to form institutions and the constitution of the Assembly ”said Haxhiu.
She urged the Constitutional that the Serbian List request be declared unacceptable. Haxhiu emphasized that despite the distinctions all parties must come together in protecting the state against a political entity that does not recognize the Republic of Kosovo fights it and attempts to block the democratic functioning of the republican institutions.
The Vice -President of the Assembly warned that the Vetevendosje Movement does not vote for any Serbian List candidate.
“There is no court that can tell a political party that you have to vote for that person patjFathers, ”she added.
Haxhiu announced that the new government is ready to continue negotiations and meetings with the initiative of Fatmir Limaj or even with any MP interested in co-government, but excluded talks with the PDK, while reiterating that the LDK has rejected their offer.
Haxhiu also mentioned new elections, saying they should move forward either with new government or new elections.
