On Sunday, the Assembly of Kosovo will meet for the session about the formation of the new government.
The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has said that if there is no agreement on a new government, she will invite all parties for consultations, if any of them can create a majority.
Among other things, the president of Kosovo emphasized that it is too early to talk about early elections.
“Political trends in Kosovo are unpredictable, there may be an agreement in the last few hours, and I cannot predict this. If there is no agreement, then as the president of the country, he will invite all political parties to see if it is possible for someone to create a majority, I also think it is too early to talk about early elections, but it is an alternative if a majority is not created. In fact, it remains the only alternative according to the Constitution”Osmani stated in an interview for Deutsche Welle.
