Norway’s ex-prime minister tried to commit suicide because of the Epstein case

Jagland is currently in one of the Norwegian hospitals. The “reliable source” of the server did not say exactly where it lies. However, he said he was in a “serious condition”.

On February 12, the former Norwegian prime minister was accused of corruption in connection with his close relationship with Epstein. At the same time, the police raided all of Jagland’s properties, including an apartment in Oslo and in Risør.

“I have only one thing on my mind, and that is that I am glad that this situation is being clarified. I have nothing more to say,” commented Jagland in front of journalists who gathered at his property at the time of the police search.

The police file states that the ex-prime minister and his family used Epstein’s private apartments in Paris and New York several times between 2011 and 2018 and also moved around Epstein’s villa in Palm Beach, Florida.

In addition, Epstein probably paid travel expenses for six adults in connection with one of these stays. In addition, Jagland accepted an offer to be reimbursed for travel and accommodation expenses in the Caribbean for six adults. In the end, this trip did not happen. Jagland allegedly also asked Epstein for help with a bank loan, but it is not clear whether this happened, the server writes.

Thorbjørn Jagland is a 75-year-old former Prime Minister of Norway, who held this position from 1996 to 1997. He was also Foreign Minister from 2000 to 2001. From 2009 to 2019, he was the Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
