Merhori emphasized that in North Mitrovica, the Serbian community was observed by heading to the group to polling centers at certain times.
This phenomenon, he said, is also reflected by the media in Kosovo, and has been described as unusual for the electoral process.

This is reflected by the Kosovo media and has been seen as a violation. But so far the situation is calm. There were no incidents and in all polling stations the whole process is being carried out transparently”He said.
According to him, group voting is mainly concentrated in North Mitrovica and the four Serb -majority municipalities.
“It has been noted here that community members gather together at a set schedule in the center of the municipality and then they all go to the polling station waiting for the line waiting”Merhori said.
He also said, “PAK earlier, the European Union’s mission has called for full engagement of responsible institutions, especially the Prosecutor’s Office and the State Police, to guarantee a smooth and incident voting process throughout the territory. ”
