Kurti calls on citizens to exercise their right to vote

The chairman of Vetëvendosje, Albin Kurti, has called on the citizens of Kosovo to exercise their right to vote.

Kurti, after voting at the Faculty of Law in Prishtina, said that the greater the turnout of citizens in the elections, the greater the legitimacy of the institutions and the more solid their stability.

Kurti asked the citizens to verify their voting center and go out and vote.

Today is a beautiful and important day, sunny Sunday. Before I came here, I verified on the CEC website that I have exactly the same polling station here as last time. When this was confirmed, I left, therefore I suggest all the citizens of the republic to check the polling station in advance and then when they verify that they have it there, leave on this day so important for the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo“, Kurti said.

He wishes that the parliamentary elections will not be held again.

The higher the turnout of citizens in the elections, the greater the legitimacy of the institutions and the more solid their stability. Today, those who vote decide, that’s why I call on the citizens to exercise their democratic right, to determine the future composition of the assembly of the republic in the 11th legislature. I hope that we will see each other here in four years for parliamentary elections.“, Kurti said./KosovaPress/
