Chipa emphasized that the main focus of political developments will be Pristina, which, according to him, will determine the “specific weight of the main force at the Republic level”.

Chip described the runoff as an opportunity for “informal agreement that will be made to divide the share of the governing municipalities in the runoff”.

However, he expressed skepticism about a full coalition between the LVV and the PDK.
