Kosovo police have seized firearms, ammunition and other equipment in three separate cases in the municipality of Zubin Potok.
In the first case, during the inspection of an object that served as a stable for feeding cattle, a firearm, five magazines for long guns with a total of 151 bullets, parts of the camouflaged uniform and lighting equipment with batteries were found and seized.
In another control, in a similar facility in the same municipality, the police found and seized a firearm, 74 cartridges suitable for that weapon as well as 254 cartridges for long guns.
Meanwhile, in the third case, a rifle with a bayonet, 11 cartridges for the same weapon, 33 cartridges for a long gun, two machines for filling cartridges for hunting weapons, about 200 grams of gunpowder and about two kilograms of metal spheres intended for filling ammunition were discovered in an uninhabited building.
The police have announced that all the material evidence has been seized, while the investigations related to these cases are continuing by the competent police units for the complete clarification of the circumstances.
