The First Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Glauk Konjufca, received the Ambassador of Germany in Kosovo, Rainer Rudolph.
In this meeting, the deepening of relations between the two countries, regional developments and the dialogue process were discussed.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, at the briefing meeting after the formation of the new government, Ambassador Rudolph congratulated Konjufca for the mandate and reaffirmed Germany’s support for democratic development and the European perspective of the Republic of Kosovo.
During the meeting, the further deepening of relations between the two countries was discussed, a partnership that exceeds the bilateral dimension and is based on strong political, economic and social ties.
Also in this meeting, the important role of the Kosovo diaspora in Germany and the many businesses that the citizens of Kosovo have built there was emphasized, underlining the need for further growth of economic exchanges and commercial cooperation between the two countries.
During the conversation, regional developments and the dialogue process were also discussed, as well as the importance of continued coordination and engagement for stability and progress in the region.
