According to him, the victims have shrapnel wounds, burns or were poisoned by fumes. Some are in serious condition, said Kiper.

The million-dollar port of Odessa on the Black Sea coast, through which most of Ukraine’s exports pass, is regularly the target of Russian attacks.

On Monday, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced on the Telegram network that during the night of Monday, Russian forces intercepted and destroyed 50 Ukrainian drones, among others, over Belgorod, Bryansk and Rostov regions, as well as over the waters of the Azov and Black Seas. The ministry did not provide any information about the damage.

Ukraine also faced drone attacks. The Ukrainian Air Force reported that it had recorded 26 drone attacks in 17 places, and debris from downed drones had fallen in another 13 places.
