In Berlin, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and chief diplomat Johann Wadephul, have gathered their diplomatic representatives around the world, the Express newspaper reports.
The German Embassy in Kosovo has published parts of the speeches made by Merz and Wadephul, where special importance was paid to the Western Balkans, including the Republic of Kosovo, describing as a region that remains a clear priority for German foreign policy.
