During the earthquake in the Philippines, people ran out of a restaurant just seconds before it collapsed

BRIEF: A terrifying moment was recorded on Monday by an eyewitness during the devastating earthquake in the Philippines. The footage shows how the building that housed the Jollibee restaurant in the city of General Santos collapsed just about 15 seconds after people ran out of it. According to the latest information, at least 37 people died and hundreds of others were injured in the earthquake with a magnitude of 7.8 on the Richter scale, according to Reuters. The epicenter was located in the sea not far from the coast of the island of Mindanao. The authorities also issued a tsunami warning.
